My wife is having a brain tumor surgery in Gleneagles. It start from IPC(international patient center) although it seems very crowded, trust me the line is fast. All the staff in IPC very helpful. Move on to Dr. Yoong Mew Fong. He is a very helpful and experience doctor that will answer all your questions very detail. His nurse Ms. Agnes also very helpful to us. After surgery, she went to ICU. The head nurse of ICU and all the staff that take care of my wife are so caring. They treat you like you are their own family. Move to ward on level 17. The Manager nurse is so caring as well. Sorry we could not remember all the staff name. During our medical experience. My wife really feel the meaning of care. Thank you for Gleneagles Hospital to put no 1 for patient. Although we sincerely do not wish to come back to hospital (we do not want to sick), we hope this hospital could do better anda better in the future. Thank you.
