Highly recommended for Prof Dr Yip and Dr Ng for breast consultant 👏👍 They are very friendly and supportive in their explanations. Highly skilled too , they could do the mastectomy and breast reconstruction in 2-3 hours , when the other consultant at another hospital said need 7 hours (reason we were not comfortable with the first doctor was she had 3 lucky cats facing patient in her clinic!) Both Prof Yip and Dr Ng also respond to WhatsApp messages, despite their very busy schedule (nurse said they could have about 50 patients a day and with a number of operations in between), visiting wards from 7am and start clinic from 730am.

The hospital is very new and clean, the staffs and doctor are very friendly. I came here to visit Dato Dr Yip Cheng Har. She moved from SJMC to Picaso Hospital. Now the imaging like ultrasound and mammogram can be done just next to her clinic room. Unlike SJMC have to go to the other building and line up for long queue. The process at Picaso Hospital is very fast and smooth. Currently they are having some promotion for mammogram and ultrasound. Cheaper than SJMC. Dato Dr Yip Cheng Har is a very professional and friendly breast surgery doctor. Due to hospital is quite new, currently it provides free parking for patients.

I had an appointment scheduled for a mammogram on 26th June 2025 at 10:00 a.m., under the care of Dr. Yip Cheng Har. I arrived on time for the appointment, but was informed that Dr. Yip had a series of surgeries lined up that day. Despite this delay, I would like to express my appreciation to the front desk staff, particularly an Indian lady (whose name I unfortunately did not catch), who handled the situation graciously and thoughtfully provided my husband and me with breakfast voucher. This kind gesture helped us feel that our time was still valued. I returned after breakfast at around 11:30 a.m., but due to the doctor's ongoing surgical responsibilities, only three patients were seen before she had to attend to another surgery. I waited patiently, and Dr. Yip returned at approximately 12:45 p.m. Again, after seeing several patients, she had to leave once more. Eventually, I was seen around 2:00 p.m. While the wait was long, I hold no negative feelings about the experience. In fact, I left the clinic with deep respect and admiration for Dr. Yip. She is clearly a dedicated and compassionate professional. During my consultation, she took the time to carefully assess my condition, pointed out several issues that I was previously unaware of, and offered valuable advice. Observing Dr. Yip throughout the day—rushing between surgeries and consultations—was truly moving. Her commitment to patient care, even under pressure, is admirable and speaks volumes about her passion for her work. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the radiographer who conducted my mammogram, a Malay lady whose warmth and professionalism made my first mammogram experience calm, comfortable and reassuring. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding billing transparency. I had only registered for a mammogram, but was later surprised to find I had also been charged for an ultrasound (RM 248), bringing my total bill to over RM 500. As someone with limited financial means, I would have appreciated being informed beforehand that an ultrasound would be performed in addition to the mammogram, and whether I consented to the additional procedure. I initially assumed the ultrasound was part of the mammogram package, given that no prior explanation was given. In the future, I kindly suggest that patients be clearly informed and consulted before any additional services are rendered. This would help avoid confusion and ensure trust is maintained. Went to Picasso Hospital for my annual check up today with Prof Emeritus Dato Dr Yip Cheng Har. Was warmly greeted by friendly counter staff and also the Imaging Staff. Don’t have the White Collar syndrome (hospital fear) as the deco of the Breast Centre is so soothing with matching colours of pink and beige. Special thanks to Ms Kalpana (Breast Imaging), Ms Meesha (Clinic Staff) and Che Siti (Clinic staff) who are all so attentive and friendly. Please maintain the good service and goodwill.

I took my wife to see Professor Emeritus Dato' Dr Yip Cheng Har, Consultant Breast Surgeon for a follow-up check-up. The service is outstanding. Although Professor Emeritus Dato' Dr Yip Cheng Har is very busy, I don't need to wait very long for my turn. Everything went smoothly. Professor Emeritus Dato' Dr Yip Cheng Har is very professional and a very good doctor. She's very understanding - I feel I can really open my heart to her. The nurses are nice and making me feel very comfortable. The registration counter staff are very helpful. I was served well by the attentive staff. I am very satisfied with the service I received at Hospital Picaso. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone. The hospital had a pleasant environment and I like it. The restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious food to its customers. Everything is cooked perfectly. The flavors work so well together. Yummy! It was so good! Worth to try.
