After waiting 9 years to have a child, we finally succeeded in having a boy and a girl at Alpha IVF. Our children are now 5 years old. We haven't forgotten to return to Alpha IVF to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Collin, Dr. Tan, Dr. Lam, and the amazing Alpha IVF nursing team. I apologize that I can only remember a few names like Evelyn and Sumanjit. Thank you very much. It was a very memorable experience. Although we were not successful on our first attempt, we finally succeeded on our second embryo transfer.

Grateful to have met Dr. Lam Wei Kian at Alpha IVF. I remember my first visit was just to get a second opinion, as I had consulted another clinic before Alpha IVF and was rejected due to my advanced maternal age. However, after Dr. Lam at Alpha understood my situation, he immediately told me that I had a chance to conceive. I was very happy at that moment and followed the doctor's guidance step by step: taking medication, injections, and all the necessary preparations. I am very grateful to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Alpha. I successfully conceived on my second attempt. I am also very grateful to Dr. Lam for delivering my baby girl.

I want to give a review to Dr. Lam Wei Kian. I was one of his patients, and my IVF journey started in September 2024. He isn’t talkative or chatty, which I actually like, since I’m an introvert. But he is very informative—explaining very clearly every test result and each next procedure—and he is also very patient. He is very confident in his work. When he was scanning my eggs before the OPU procedure, I only had 8 eggs. I thought that wasn’t a lot, since I had read many blogs where women had 15–20 eggs. Naturally, I was worried, because this is a matter of probability. But Dr. Lam didn’t feel the need to increase my medication. After the OPU procedure, I got 6 eggs, which resulted in 5 embryos eligible for PGTA. Out of those 5, I had 4 good-quality embryos. That made me realize that maybe Dr. Lam focuses more on quality rather than quantity. We decided to do the FET in January 2025. I was awake during the procedure. Although there was a bit of unprofessionalism from the nurse (who didn’t follow instructions properly when adjusting the lamp), Dr. Lam’s leadership really showed. He managed the situation calmly, ensured the procedure went smoothly, and reassured me throughout—which made me feel calm as well (because who wouldn’t be nervous during this procedure?!). His confidence gave me peace of mind. His skills are advanced, and if you choose him as your doctor, you can truly relax knowing you’re in good hands. And yes—my IVF procedure was successful. I gave birth to a healthy baby boy in September 2025. Thank you, Alpha IVF and Dr. Lam Wei Kian!

I sincerely recommend Doctor Lam. The journey of IVF is truly not just a physical test, but more so an emotional and psychological ordeal. I am very fortunate to have met Doctor Lam on this path. From beginning to end, you will not feel any pressure. Instead, you will feel a sense of reassurance from being understood and cared for. The doctor's meticulousness is not only in medical treatment but also in emotional support. Every explanation, every decision, gradually helps to let go of fear and unease. The IVF journey is still not easy, but at least you are not enduring it alone; you are gently accompanied through it. I done my smart ivf at alpha during MCO . Dr Lam serve me very good, good explanation for me easy to understand! All staff are friendly & feel like I’m at hotel when I go to hospital . And I like the cashier , when I doing payment , always wish me good luck. At the end I really get pregnant, after my 7 years marriage.
