28/12 I did not expect to undergo surgery on a weekend, but I was very grateful to have such an amazing doctor on duty. Dr Imtiaz was friendly, reassuring, and very attentive both before and after the surgery, which really helped ease my anxiety. The nurses in the ward and in the operating theatre were also incredibly kind and caring. Their professionalism and warmth made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I truly appreciate the care I received during my acute appendicitis surgery. 3/1 During my follow-up visit, Dr Imtiaz was still as professional & kind as ever. And then comes along nurse Wendy who been assisting Dr on that day was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. She checked on how I was feeling, helped me onto and off the bed for the doctor to examine my stitches, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Seeing her, around the same age as my grandmother, made me feel especially warm and cared for like being looked after by a sweet grandma rather than just a nurse. She even walked me to the counter and continuously reassured me that everything would be okay, encouraging me to call the office if I had any concerns. Her kindness truly meant a lot to me.

Dr. Imtiaz is a pleasure to deal with. Staff Wendy is very helpful. Alhamdulillah, appendix surgery was completed without severe pain. Thank you very much, Dr. Imtiaz.

I'm so grateful to Dr Imtiaz and Nurse Wendy for their professional treatment and caring on my condition. Dr Imtiaz is an amazing surgeon, my wound heal up very fast and Ms Wendy she were awesome in taking care of me when I'm in the most painful situation. She assure me everything will be fine and try to comfort me to distract my focus out from my pain. Even after my discharge Ms Wendy will call for follow up and make sure my condition is well taking care.

I have a great experience with the assist of Dr. Imtiaz and his assistant Miss Wendy. They are very patient in explaining procedures and guides throughout the process. Plus they are super nice.
