My first ever experience in SMCD. I had my daycare endoscopy today & honestly, the whole experience was very smooth from start to finish. From the pre/admission process, preparation, until entering OT, everything was well managed & organised. The Dr. Ian & Dr. Naimah (and all team members) was professional & reassuring, the nurses were all very friendly & caring. They kept giving me encouragement and made me feel much more calm & comfortable throughout the process. Really appreciate the kindness & good service from the whole team. Thank you for taking such good care of me 🌷

Had a nice, comfy experience during my admission in early March. Prompt response from the staffs in emy dept (Mr. Scott, Ms. Nicole & Dr. Soo). Special thanks to all ward 10A staffs. The ambience in mini garden located at level 9 is excellent too. And worth to mention the meals provided were tasty and healthy, with lots of menu variety. Keep up the good work everyone.

Came for health screening. All staff (Jesslyn, Sumaiyah, Tan, Mira, Yue Rou, Putri, Nuha and Raudhah) were efficient, helpful and friendly. Dr. Soo was also very clear when explaining the results. The entire screening was done very quickly.
