Very good service quality. Highly recommended. 🥳 My wife and I felt warm and confident from the point before we left our country. The driver sent us messages to inform us when and where he would pick us up upon arrival. When we landed, he sent us messages again to make sure we were ok. Then he took us to our hotel safely. The early morning the next day, Yoko, International Patient Centre department, sent us message and called us to make sure we had enough sleep and fine. She informed us that she would send the driver to pick us up but we said we would walk to SMCD. Yoko and Mr. Vuthy welcomed us at the lobby and proceeded the registration and next steps with all great supports. We found it very efficient and effective. We could complete all the check up and consultation within the day with clear explanations from the doctors. Thanks to Yoko, Mr. Vuthy, Dr. Mayuha, and Dr. Yong Mei Ching. We will see you again for the next health check follow up.

Dr. Yong is a very good doctor, very patient, and explains the patient's eye condition very clearly, while also providing very good treatment plans. In my life, I have encountered a doctor for the first time who proactively contacts patients via WhatsApp and follows up on their condition, which truly touched me. Dr. Yong has very advanced instruments and equipment. The young lady who performed the dry eye test for me, Emily, was also a very meticulous and kind young lady. She knew I had just used lubricating eye drops and was worried the first test might not be accurate, so she asked me to wait a few more minutes and performed the test again. At Dr. Yong's, I saw the true appearance of my meibomian glands and realized how severe the atrophy and blockage of my meibomian glands were. I also learned that my tears evaporate faster than others', and finally understood why my eyes were so dry... I am very grateful for Dr. Yong's proactive treatment, and also very grateful to the young lady who performed the meibomian gland and tear film tests for me.
