2023 The environment is good, the doctors and nurses are caring and patience. My son is admitted for 3 days 2 nights, it feel like staycation more than hospitalised. The food is good and there is many choices for the menu. 2025 I’ve just received a beautiful fruit bouquet from DSH2 and Great Eastern – thank you so much for the thoughtful gesture! I had a very pleasant stay at DSH2. The care and attention I received from the medical team were truly comforting. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Sharifah for taking such good care of me during this admission. Your kindness and professionalism made a real difference. I would also like to give special credit to Dr. Mohd Arif, who was the doctor in charge during my admission last August due to a persistent cough. I was genuinely touched that he still remembered me this time — it shows how much he cares for his patients. Thank you again to the entire DSH2 team and Great Eastern for your warm support. Been searching for a good respiratory doc and found Dr Arif at DSH2. Been here twice now, and overall its been a pleasant experience. In terms of process: Registration was smooth. There is not much of a crowd on weekdays, and I was not kept waiting long to see Dr and to collect meds and make payment after. It was also easy dealing with Hidayah who manages his clinic. Ample parking as well. De Arif himself: Of all the respiratory doctors I have been to, he was the first to ask me to demonstrate how I have been using my inhaler - and sure enough I have not been using it correctly! He was thorough during my first consult (ordered an xray, lung function tests etc), and the treatment he prescribed worked. First time I stopped coughing and slept through the night in a long time after taking the meds! Thank you Dr!

Admitted for pneumonia for 5 days. Customer Service : WORLD CLASS Rooms : Great (Level 11) Nurses : Polite & Courteous Doctor : Mohd Ariff, One the kindest doctor i have ever been treated by. The hospital is very new, yeahhh... of course the facilities & rooms are great. But it takes a great effort, time & money to give such an extra & world class Customer Service, from the front desk to the room to the pharmacy to the cleaning team etc. I was really impressed l. I have been admitted to other private hospitals, but DSH 2 is top on my list. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

From the moment I found out that I'm pregnant, I'd decided to choose DSH2 as my hospital for both follow up and delivery. I choose Dr Noor Fidak as my gynae because based on review from my friends she's a well experienced, motherly, soft and kind-hearted doctor who handled patient very well and yes I experienced it throughout my pregnancy follow up and delivery too. Not to forget her assistant Ilyani who's always been so helpful, cheerful and very welcoming to all patients make me even more happy and comfortable to stay and keep having treatment here in DSH2. Thanks to my baby paediatrician, Assoc Prof Rashdan who's very friendly, easy going and welcoming my baby. Treating my baby very gentle and professional. Gives all info regarding my baby conditions very well and precise. Gonna continue follow up my baby here with him. Thanks also to Medical Specialist, Dr Arif who attend me when I diagnosed with Influenza prior to delivery. All info, procedure and treatment plan is well explained by him. A very calm and professional Dr who make me feel comfortable and happy as his patient. Good job DSH2 for having a good services with a very good and well experienced specialist. 5 stars!!

The hospital is like a 5-star hotel. All staff are friendly. Dr. Arif and Dayah, his staff, are indeed friendly and helpful in answering many questions. Came here for a follow-up check on my lungs. Previously had Stage 5 COVID.
