Special thanks to Dr Ronny, he took the time to explain things clearly without rushing, which I really appreciated. The nurses in MD3 ward were warm, attentive, and always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The physiotherapist, i think her name Theva keep reminding me about having a good rest during this period and take care of my back postur. Thanks for being kind. As for the xray and MRI, the radiologist briefed well before the session started and explained to me whenever i asked him even during his busy schedule. All facilities here are well maintained and spotless clean. However, i foresee that improvement on the waiting period during admission and discharge out patient using insurance GL can be done in future. For my case it took around 3hours. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it to others. Foods are delicious and it has variety of menu. Thank you Columbia Asia Klang staffs.

Knee Treatment with Dr Ronny.. My knee got injured due to heavy pressure. Luckily didn’t serious. I have through MRI and physio sessions here. All are good. The doctor/ physiotherapist & nurses were friendly . They are very informative and always educated me regarding my condition.can’t wait for my next physio session. the service quite good .. the food and hospitality 👍👍👍👍👍

Went for a orthopeadic doctor Ronny for an ankle injury ligament tearing . His expertise , well explained provide comfort in pain. Very wellverse in ortho and explain treatment procedure, what dos n donts. Nurses also good services.

Met Dr. Ronny to check the problem with my back bone and tennis elbow. He is very kind, friendly and his explanation was very thoroughly. He is also very understanding with me needing a proper rest to recover from this illness. This is also my first time using my insurance and he also know what cover and what not so I'm not worried and lucky to have met him as my doctor to explain everything I'm not sure about.
