Provide good service both outpatient and in patient. All nurse at Subang Jaya are very friendly and helpful. I meet Dr.Foo from Oncology, she is very kind friendly and helpfully she did explained everything intern which we could understand well for the process of treatment. Subang Jaya Medical Center also provide good service like emotional consultation for patient, encouragement patient to fight with their disease, provide transportation to the patient from airport to hotel. I am very satisfied with the service at this hospital. I was treated by Prof. Dato Yip Cheng Har, who was very responsive and helpful, as well as Dr. Foo. All the chemo daycare nurses & ms.Elaine Low as Cancer Care Coordinator also gave me great attention and provided peace of mind during the chaotic moments of undergoing chemotherapy. The entire team of Oncology - Clinic team, Day care nurses, Radiation team, Cancer care coordinator (Elaine Low) and Dr Winnie Ng (cancel her schedule to accommodate to our tight timing) were all great.
