First-time admission experience, the process from the emergency department to the ward was very fast. Dr. Arif Sukimin and Dr. Firdaus Hadi explained all procedures in detail. Diabetic nurse, Farahida, also provided informative explanations on diet and blood sugar control. The physiotherapy department also provided excellent treatment, and my pain has reduced so far. Overall, I am very satisfied! Thank you Avisena!

Alhamdulillah, throughout my 8 days at Avisena, the service was quite good. From the doctors to the nurses. There was only one nurse (a woman who appeared to be of Indian descent) who was a bit unfriendly when asked about the dressing; her answer was quite disappointing. Also, the billing/discharge section (a man with glasses) was very unfriendly. Apart from these two staff members, I can say it was a very good and satisfactory experience throughout my stay at Avisena. Thank you Dr. Ariff Sukimin (Ortho Specialist), the billing department during admission (tall man), and 99% of the staff nurses were all very friendly and helpful.
