I'm on a short holiday here in KL and I experienced redness in my left eye. I worry for its severity so my mom and I immediately searched for an eye specialist in Mid Valley here (ISEC). Everyone was nice including the doctor, Dr. Tan, who was specific and straight forward with me. Plus he was nice so I felt less nervous during the procedure. Luckily there's a branch in Kuching so I can fly home and see that doctor for checkups. Thank you, ISEC!

Thank you Dr Tan Chai Keong for taking care of me (my eye). Firstly I must say, it was very easy to navigate around (comparing this with hospitals where patients get told to go here and there for procedures), in ISEC, the staffs gave clear directions each time, such as, “You can go to room 15 now and wait for the staff to call you ya.” "You wait outside room 26 ya. We will call you." The waiting time was also quite reasonable. I saw Dr. Tan first, he is very caring and took the time to explain clearly what was happening with my eye and his treatment plan. I really appreciate his patience and I felt that he is quite passionate in his work as he really try to find out what's wrong with my eye. Even his nurses and Dr Chan's nurse were very kind too. Thank you thank you!
