⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Kharthik and Nurse Nurul at Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak for the excellent care I received. After sustaining fractures and ligament injuries to both ankles, I was understandably worried and overwhelmed. Dr. Kharthik took the time to thoroughly explain my MRI and CT scan results, discuss the available treatment options, and answer all my questions patiently. What I appreciated most was that he respected my decision to seek a second opinion and never pressured me into making a rushed decision regarding surgery. A special thank you to Nurse Nurul for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout my treatment. Being unable to walk normally and having to rely on a wheelchair and crutches was challenging, but her support and reassuring attitude made the experience much easier. From admission to discharge and follow-up appointments, the entire process was smooth and well coordinated. I am truly grateful for the care and attention I received. I came to Columbia Hospital in November 2025 for ACL and meniscus surgery with Dr. Karthik and his assistant, Nurul. From the first consultation, surgery day, until the follow-up sessions, the service provided was very professional and friendly. Dr. Karthik explained my knee condition clearly, including the surgical procedure and recovery process, which made me feel confident and at ease. Nurul was very helpful with appointments, treatment explanations, and ensuring everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a very good experience — friendly staff, clean facilities, and well-organized treatment. My knee is recovering well now, and I’m truly grateful to the team who took care of me. Highly recommended for anyone needing orthopedic treatment.

Had a very pleasant experience in this hospital. Saya hadapi masalah lutut yg membengkak dgn teruk. Dr Khartik telah memeriksa saya dgn baik dan mengenal pasti punca masalah sakit lutut saya. The Doctor very professional & knowledgeable. The staff from front desk, customer service, nurses, physiotherapist, cleaner etc was very nice. I ditempatkan di Wad MD3 bilik 81B. It's a good facilities. Just i wish my room got windows just nak tgk suasana luar because staying in ward for almost 5 days quite challenging 😆. But i have a very great experience with this hospital. Stayed at ward 69A for 2 nights for an operation by Dr Karthik for my fractured finger. Overall experience was ok. Staffs are helpful and friendly, procedure was smooth. Stayed in a 4-bed ward due to full occupancy on other wards, so the privacy was less. Shower condition a bit well-worn, couldnt adjust the height@position of the shower head, so had to slightly duck to wash my hair. Water heater works fine which was great. Food was nice, though I would complain that the portions were a bit insufficient for an active adult male 😅 you can choose and order your food using the qr code/system which was convenient, but the cut-off time was too soon for me, so I missed a few pre-books - and just had what they gave me which was fine.
