My dad and I had excellent experience at Columbia Setapak. Dr. Karthik was very professional and thorough in his explanation, taking the time to go through everything clearly so we could fully understand my dad's condition and treatment options. I also want to highlight Staff Nurse Nurul, who was extremely attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our orthopedic OPD visit.
