Visited Sunway Medical Centre for my child and had a very good experience with Dr Tan. He was very professional, patient and gentle with children. He explained my child’s condition clearly and answered all our questions, which made us feel very reassured. The nurses were friendly and the environment was clean and comfortable. Overall a great experience. Thanks to nurses（srn aini、srn valar、bla yana、pca umairah）

I was very comfortable while my child was admitted to Ward 6B. All the nurses were kind and friendly. The nurses there frequently offered assistance if I needed help. Thank you, nurses. And thank you also to Dr. Tan Cheow Heong for the good cooperation and for treating my child well.

The story started when my baby got on and off fever for 5 days and her cough havent got better despite of multiple times went to clinic. So we decided to bring her for further checkups, here. I’m not sure where to start. Upon our arrival at the emergency department, my daughter’s condition was quite bad, she cant really talk as she’s coughing non stop. The in charge doctor came to us and helped Hawla on the spot, eventho it’s not her turn yet to get called. Since Hawla’s in bad condition, the medical assistant guy (with white uniform) carry Hawla everywhere as she barely walk due to no energy. It was so so nice of him. I am so thankful of the fast help given. Shout out to EVERYONE in emergency department 🫶🏻 During Hawla’s in ward, she really got good care from the nurses and doctor. Thankyou so much Doctor Tan Cheow Heng and all nurses, for everything 🙏🏻❤️ *appreciation post: special to nurse named Aina, this is the second time meeting her, previously she took care of Hawla when in Bagan Specialist Hospital. Who knows we get to meet here now in Sunway Medical Hospital. Her service was always very good, & Hawla seems comfortable with her too. Thankyou so much, hope to see u again (not at the hospital hehehe)
