Honestly, at first, the hospital's location was a bit difficult to find, and I got a little lost before arriving. However, the experience after arriving was exceptionally wonderful. Firstly, the staff who assisted me at the entrance made a very good impression, and their polite and kind demeanor put me at ease. The nurse who conducted my examination could speak some Japanese and explained everything very thoroughly, allowing me to undergo the tests without any anxiety. Furthermore, the nurse who performed the blood test, the staff at the cashier, and even the staff who assisted me when I asked for directions – every staff member I interacted with was consistently kind and professional. It's rare to find a hospital where the overall level of staff is this high. And above all, what left the most lasting impression was Dr. Chan Jan Bond. He is extremely intelligent, listens attentively to what I have to say, and I strongly felt that he prioritizes the patient's well-being over making money. He is a trustworthy doctor who makes appropriate judgments without pushing unnecessary treatments. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hospital and Dr. Chan. My spouse underwent cataract procedures on 10 and 11 February 2026, performed by Dr Chan Jan Bond. Each procedure took only about 15 minutes and was carried out with remarkable skill and precision. My spouse was able to see the surroundings almost immediately after the procedures, which was truly amazing for us to witness.
