Columbia Hospital PJ has truly exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. I am especially grateful to Dr. Lee Yik Yong and Dr. Sivapragasam, who helped me finally find a solution to the illness I’ve been suffering from for 10 years. They genuinely put their hearts into caring for their patients, and I cannot thank them enough. The financial team, especially Jasmine, made everything so smooth — her service was fast, clear, and very efficient. During my stay, the nurses Fatin and Atiqah took such good care of me. They were attentive, caring, and always made sure I was comfortable. At the pharmacy, Vily was incredibly kind and helpful as well. Overall, my experience at Columbia Hospital PJ has been truly positive. I’m deeply thankful to the entire team for their professionalism, warmth, and dedication. My sis was admitted and underwent surgery. The General Surgeon in charge was Dr Siva. He’s so friendly and welcoming. He did a clean dressing, understanding on our requests! 👍🏽 Very gentle advices and love his overall service. The nurses were kind and helpful as well, especially Nurse Jacqueline if I’m not mistaken, and a few more which I can’t recall 😭 The cafeteria served some good food if you’re hungry, especially we were there during the Ramadan season so they had some good food from the bazaar. The parking is also given some rebates for hospital patients if you park more than 3hrs. Which for me is good enough ✅ In your ward room, you can keep your belongings in a drawer and only accessible through a hand band of the patient which I feel is really secure, if no one is in the room. Anyhow, yes I would recommend this hospital!
