This was my very first hospital stay on 2nd March 2025 and I spent 4 days, 3 nights at ParkCity Medical Centre. From the emergency department to admission, the experience was smooth and well-handled. • The Emergency Triage team was attentive to detail and ensured everything was addressed promptly. • The emergency doctor Farah was excellent, explained everything clearly and thoroughly. • Dr. Shirley Tan, who was in charge of my case, was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions to help me better understand my pneumonia-infected area and overall condition. • The nursing team was professional, efficient, and considerate, working quickly while making sure not to disturb my rest. • thanks to Tasha from the CSR team, who patiently listened to my feedback and asked all the right questions. Overall, I had a great experience despite the circumstances, and I truly appreciate the care provided. Definitely a 5/5 experience!

Great hospital and staff. Dr. Shirley in the Respiratory Clinic was awesome. Kosheela was also a great resource and very pleasant and helpful. I can't recommend them enough.

Admitted to PMC a few times this year and always a good experience - the nurses are friendly and helpful, food is ok (if you don't like the food, can always order grab) and the rooms are clean. Really thankful to have Dr Loo Chun Pin and Dr Shirley Tan Eng Lan who treated me during the past few months. They are very caring and professional. I like how this place was not overcrowded during covid season. Highly recommend this hospital.

I am very satisfied with the service at this hospital. The nurses are responsible & friendly. I had a persistent cough for three months that wouldn’t go away, but when I came to the hospital, my doctor, Dr. Shirley Tan Lan Eng, was very professional. She explained everything to me clearly and even conducted a respiratory system lung test, directly addressing my issue. My cough has improved a lot, and I hope that now that I am discharged, it will be fully healed.🫶🏻

This is my second time here. Location is very convenient and calm. 1st time here is for my bursitis witj Dr. John from orthopedic department. Doctor was very good with the explanation and surgery went well. Flow for the admission to discharge was pleasant. 2nd time is for my ENT problem with Dr. Shirley and Dr. Loo. They were very attentive and joy to talk to. They explained the procedures well. The nurses and ground staff was very helpful. Room rate is considered still affordable. Overall, it was a good experience. Would highly recommend this hospital for you
