Exceptional Care and Professionalism at Every Step Attending Doctors (Dr. Gan Ee Ling, Dr. Jaideep, Dr. Dato Gilbert) ICU Nurses (Sasikala, Vicky, Sarguna, Roza, Ummu, Lina, Kala, Siti Aminah, Fadelina, Lakhsmi, Buvana, Zahirah) I recently had the experience of being admitted to this hospital, starting from the ER, progressing through the ICU, and eventually to the normal ward. I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care I received throughout my stay. The doctors here were remarkable. They provided clear and concise updates on my health, ensuring I understood my condition and the steps being taken to address it. Their friendliness and understanding nature made me feel comfortable and at ease during a challenging time. A special mention to Dr. Gan Ee Ling who not only gave clear updates on my health issues, she also went beyond to ensure I remained positive and stress-free. Her encouragement truly lifted my spirits and motivated me to focus on getting better. Secondly, Dr. Jaideep's thorough investigation and close monitoring of my heart condition were incredibly reassuring. He assigned my medications with precision and dedication to improve my health. He was extra cautious on my heart conditon and wanted to properly monitor me before being discharged. Last but not least, Dr. Dato Gilbert, my first attending doctor, acted swiftly and decisively when he noticed my abnormal heart rate, ensuring I received immediate attention in the ER and followed up with my well-being throughout my stay. The nurses here were truly the heart of the hospital. From the moment I arrived, they handled every procedure with the utmost care and professionalism. Their constant reassurance—asking if I could handle the pain or if I was comfortable—made a world of difference. Special mention to the ICU nurses, that their patience was unmatched. Even when I had to press the call bell multiple times due to my condition, they never showed any annoyance and were always there to assist with kindness and compassion. The cleaniness of the hospital also exceptional and I dont have any complaints. Bedsheets were changed regularly and rooms were cleaned properly as well. The toilets was very clean and well equipped. Every member of the hospital team displayed exceptional professionalism and genuine care. My experience at this hospital was outstanding, and I am deeply grateful for the incredible work they do. Thank you for making such a significant difference in my recovery journey.

Dr. Jaideep is a cardiologist I will be forever grateful to. At the time, my blood vessels were blocked up to 90%, and the situation was extremely dangerous. However, he did not give up on me and was still willing to do his utmost to perform balloon angioplasty for me, allowing me to see hope again. During the treatment, he patiently explained every detail to me and my family, giving us great confidence and peace of mind. He is not only a skilled physician but also possesses a heart that truly cares for his patients. Because of his efforts and perseverance, I was able to successfully overcome this difficult challenge. My brother was having a heart attack, and in that moment of panic I rushed him to CAH. I stopped my car right in front of the lobby, and immediately the guard sprang into action with a wheelchair. The front desk staff moved so quickly and calmly, pushing my brother straight to the emergency room so he could receive treatment without a second wasted. She kept reassuring me not to worry and gently asked me to park my car and register after making sure he was safe. The guard even helped by letting me park at the OKU area. The nurses and the cardiologist attended to my brother the very moment he arrived. Their speed, professionalism, and compassion truly touched me. He was then admitted into the ICU, where the nurses were incredibly caring, gentle, and dedicated throughout. Watching how they looked after him with so much heart gave me strength during a very frightening time. CAH truly saved my brother’s life. I am deeply, deeply grateful for their quick response and genuine care. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank the front desk staff, the ICU nurses, the emergency nurse, and Dr. Jaideep. Your actions made all the difference, and my family will forever remember your kindness.
