My sincere thanks to cardiologist Dr Chua Seng Keong who did my recent heart treatment at ParkCity Medical Centre. Follow up medical treatment by Dr Chua is simply fantastic. Thanks again. Also to special thanks to Dr Chua’s assistant Ms Saundary for her good coordination in making my Dr Chua’s appointment very comfortable.

My appointment was on 5/9/23 with Dr.Chua S.K., though it was a busy day Dr.Chua did his best in explaining the necessary and some professional advice given, things were handled accordingly promptly. Thanks to Mdm. Saundary at the counter despite running around she handled things to her best assisted by her fellow colleagues. All of them were on their toes throughout my time there,and a special thanks to all of them. It's not an easy task to answer enquiries face to face, over the phone, assist with the new registration system and directing to the relevant departments as per necessary. It's a tedious job commitment. God Bless them for their services!

Dr Chua Seng Keong is a very caring, kind and capable cardiologist. He is very focus and addressed on every details. His nurse Nyanasaundary and other nurses are very concerned and helpful staffs. A well-maintained and good environment hospital.

they do take feedback seriously, so if they can do away with filling out the paper form in the registration process of a new patient, that can speed up matters esp when the respective patient's details were already provided over the phone when calling to make an appt with the specialist. otherwise, i find their clinical staff very welcoming, respectful, courteous and helpful when i was here this week to attend to my aunts who had an appt with Dr. Chua Seng Keong. i also had a very pleasant conversation with Ms. Shima at the main reception so i hope they keep up the good work.
