Gleneagles Hospital KK provides professional and efficient medical services. My two children were admitted to the ward for 4 days and 3 nights due to testing positive for Influenza A. Both of my children are special needs children with Autism. Despite some difficulties in managing my children due to their sensory and emotional needs, the doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff were very professional, patient, and efficient in caring for my special needs children. The explanations of all information provided by the doctors, nurses, and the registration/office/billing department were very easy to understand. The hospital facilities and wards were very clean, comfortable, and did not cause any sensory issues for my children. The cleaning unit also efficiently carried out their cleaning duties when my child vomited in the ward. Thank you to Dr. Alvin Khoh & Dr. Mathew for their dedication in treating my children and to Dr. Alvin for his attentiveness in providing explanations and information to ensure we, as parents, understood the symptoms, treatment plan, and other information about Influenza A. The hospital's food preparation was also very satisfactory and balanced, meeting the daily calorie needs for children and adults. The food preparation staff also performed their duties well, cleanly, and politely. We naturally avoid frequent hospital visits as we always want to be healthy. However, if my children were to experience any serious health problems, Gleneagles Hospital would definitely be our first choice.

I’m very thankfull to Dr Alvin for his kindness and treat my kids very friendly. Both my kids love him 🥰 I also want to thankfull the Clinic Nurse Elvytha for very helpfull because she make me more understand using the MH360 Apps. She helped me manange the profile so that i can add dependant just using one Apps. MH360 is good and easy for me to mananged my appointment. Overall the service is good.👍One more thing my kids happy because of the mini playground in the Dr Alvin clinic 😂

Thank you to the ETD staff nurses, Dr. Kennet, Dr. Alvin, & nurses in ward 5A for dedicating their care and affection to Ian Harriz Ezzekeil. Very good service at the pediatric ward. Great facilities with amazing staff members to help people around! Also, thank you to the front staff (sorry, I forgot their names) who helped collect and deliver the items Ian ordered to the ward earlier. There was also one staff member (forgot their name) who escorted Ian to ETD. Thank you very much for providing us with good service. Also, not forgetting, Bro Helmi, who greatly assisted in managing the GL for Ian's ward admission. Thank you, Bro, and Prudential BSN Takaful. Alhamdulillah, my Ian was discharged home well today. The best private hospital in KK.

Always a great experience bringing my baby for monthly jabs here, Dr Alvin and all nurses were very attentive & friendly. Also five star hospitality from Gleneagles KK. Much recommended.
