Had a wonderful experience at the new tower paediatric ward (Ward 6F). The environment feels luxurious with a hotel-like ambience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—housekeeping was excellent, truly like staying in a hotel. Thanks to Nurse Erra, one of the best nurses I’ve met. She was patient, prompt, and always helpful during both my stays, especially with my baby and other small but meaningful moments. Glad to see her again! Also, special thanks to Dr Ong Sik Yong for being such a kind and friendly paediatrician—very patient with my enquiries, provides detailed explanations, and is professional and straight to the point in his course of action. This is our second time seeing him, and we chose to return because we had such a good experience the first time. Most importantly, my baby recovered well both times—previously from RSV and this time from a UTI—which gives us great confidence in the care provided. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay (even as a companion). Kudos to all the nurses and staff for the amazing care and service!

I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the doctors and nurses who took such great care of my daughter. A special thank you to Nurse Alia and Nurse Nisha from Ward 6D, as well as Dr Betty and the nurses in the Emergency Department on Saturday morning. Nurse Alia did an excellent job gently removing the cannula from my daughter’s hand without making her cry — it truly meant a lot to us as parents. Dr Betty was also very skilled and managed to cannulate her successfully on the first attempt. We are also very grateful to Dr Ong, who was extremely friendly and provided a clear and reassuring explanation about my daughter’s condition. Thank you all for your professionalism, kindness, and compassionate care. It is deeply appreciated.

My daughter 2 years old check all blood test and swaps in clinic did not get to identify her symptoms, thank you to Dr Ong Sik Yong and all the nurse patient examined her and treat her well with medicine and check her all time. Service are fast and reliable as before this my first son are also admitted here due to his stop breathing curse action, we have no idea what happened but Dr Yap I think, patiently explain and answer all my questions left me no worries and took my son home also he teach the exact correct way to do when a child or adult have epilepsy. Can feel that sunway have professional doctors and nurse trained from food to cleanliness and hygiene and environment and services are excellent. Doctors are always patient and friendly as a parents we feel secure here and less worry.
