I have excellent experience with Gleneagles Hospital. My mom was admitted under Dr Nagaraj last year. Ward staff and Dr Nagaraj was very attentive. He explained the procedure and results very clearly & calm. And for myself, I have few dental visits with Dr Lim Chia Min for dental check up. I am very impressed with the care I received every time. The scaling was done smoothly with absolutely no pain. I also had filling done recently and it was beautifully done with no discomfort at all. The team was professional, friendly, and always make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Even if I forgot about my dental appointment every 6 months, they will always send a reminder text for me. Highly recommend!

I would like to share my experience during my admission to Gleneagles Hospital Kota Kinabalu on 12/04/2026. I was experiencing severe stomach pain and went to the Emergency Department around 8am. The team was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, including the front office staff, Ephraim, who assisted me in updating my details while I was in unbearable pain. In the Emergency Department, I was attended by SN Roslina, Klestha, Hyerna, Dr. Chui, and the paramedic staff (my apologies if I have missed out anyone, as I had my eyes closed most of the time due to the pain). These were the staff who showed great attentiveness and care while I was in distress. A special thank you to Roslina, you were truly a source of comfort during my painful moments, from the yellow zone all the way until my transfer to the ward. The nurses in Ward 7B: Marlina, Amirah, Fairuza, Jilly, Sylvia Tracy, Firdaus, Kelly, Flavia, Ahfizan, Elvie, and Emily: were incredibly kind, attentive, and compassionate throughout my stay. I would like to especially thank Amirah, Fairuza, and Jilly for being such a great comfort during one of my most painful moments. Amirah went the extra mile by helping me position a pillow over my abdomen to provide support when the pain was unbearable 😓 a small act that meant so much to me. Their responsiveness was also commendable, always attending promptly whenever I needed assistance. Dr. Nagaraj was very prompt in reviewing me upon admission. I truly appreciate his clear explanation of my condition and the thoroughness of his assessment, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the Endoscopy nurses, Nelly, Jacqueline, and Irra, for their reassuring care and clear explanations, which made the procedure much easier to go through. Not forgetting the department managers, Steefiy, Jennefer, Annakerly, and Chin Su Yee, thank you for your kind visits and words of comfort during my stay. Overall, I am deeply grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the entire team.

Had a pleasant and good experience here during my recent admission. The first hospital I went to didn’t take me seriously and I ended up getting admitted for a few days. Dr Nagaraj was my physician and he was very knowledgable, kind and polite. He made sure to give me the best treatment and properly examine me. The staff were super polite and kind. The rooms were spotless and the food was great, they let you choose what you want during the stay and don’t leave you to starve if you’ve been admitted late. My follow up was amazing, quick and efficient. Highly recommended :)

I am truly indebted to Dr Nagaraj on my early diagnosis of sickness , I was admitted to previous private hospital but they did not diagnose the issue . Thanks to Dr Nagaraj and Dr Ratha treatment , my symptoms has improved tremendously ! Thumbs up to all the doctors and nurse for the excellent service
