Very satisfied with the service at this hospital. The staff were very friendly, and the registration process was easy and fast. Dr. Atiqah Farah explained my health condition clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner. I felt calm and confident throughout the treatment. The clinic assistants also made the process very smooth.

Had an excellent experience at this well-equipped Islamic hospital. My three kids recently underwent tonsil and turbinoplasty surgery with ENT Dr. Atiqah, and everything went smoothly. The care provided was exceptional, with professional and attentive staff ensuring comfort throughout. One area for improvement—billing efficiency. Despite receiving insurance clearance at 6:56 PM, the final bill was still not ready by 7:45 PM, even after multiple follow-ups. Also, introducing a special parking rate for in-house guests would be a thoughtful addition. Overall, highly recommended for quality medical care. Would gladly give 5 stars if billing can be faster.
