Got to met Dr. James Kok, who diagnose my son and took care of him very well. My son's problem is solved and he is now no longer have snoor or sleep apnea. Doctor James Kok was amazing, he is very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't hear well for quite a while, always had issues hearing clearly during business meetings and luncheons and he solved it for me. I had revision rhinoplasty abroad last year, but developed a nose infection months later. Dr James is the best person to do the job! I was diagnosed with deviated septum for quite some time, he did the early assessment using scope and also extra assessment by using sleep study since I was complaining about sleep apnea and headache during the day. He assess if I really need the surgery or can be treated without surgery. His consultation was very clear, he uses videos to explain the situations and surgery procedure. Is a late review for Dr. James. Happy new year Dr James! I still remember clearly in my mind when my body checkup report indicated nose tumor marker was high(possibility of nasopharyngeal cancer) and i contacted Dr James for consultation and he was suppose not available at Kota Damansara clinic that day but he purposely came back clinic to see me. he done a scoping into my nose and ear, check my oral and feel any lumps around my neck, all were normal nothing bad. later i was referred to Dr Aqilah (Oncology) for PET scan arrangement. Fast forward to the scan day, i retrieved the result on the same day and consulted by Dr Aqilah, it was my happiest day in my life when the report shows nothing cancerous! Thank you so much Dr James for the patience and comforting telling me not to worry before the PET scan day and rushing back to see me on the first day. Thank you Dr Aqilah as well too. Promised to take care my health and ensuring not too stress whether is on work or life. We only live once, be happy and appreciate every day
