26/5/2025 - MD3 and Dr. Azlina Saaban (ENT)/Dr. Collin (Anesthetic) - Tonsil operation went well. The doctors provided accurate explanations regarding the operation procedure and post-surgery condition. The nurses on MD3 ward took good care of me before and after the surgery. 2/5/2025 - MD3 and Dr. Amir (Physician)/Dr. Azlina (ENT) - Warded due to tonsillitis and bronchitis, with intermittent fever. The doctors provided excellent and very detailed explanations about my illness, and conducted highly relevant tests/diagnoses for my condition. The doctors were very attentive to my health progress after being given medication and antibiotics. Throughout the 4 days and 3 nights in the hospital, I was very satisfied with the services provided. 26/2/2025 - MD2 and Dr. Manmohan/Dr. Law Zhe Kang - Physiotherapy was scheduled in the ward, and all the pain I was experiencing was taken seriously. Very satisfied with the hospital's service. 5/1/2025 - MD2 and Dr. Razale - Treated well by the doctor and given a clear explanation about GERD. F&B - Food was delicious, suitable for people with GERD/gastric issues. Service was satisfactory and the overall service was very good.

MD3 ward 86D Thanks to Dr Kenny (ER), Dr Law (Neurologist) for their immediate diagnosis in addressing my health issues (during weekend). The nurses are very attentive & the hospital are well equipped. Overall CA is the best option for me.. Thanks a lot 🙏🏻 Our daughters been admitted here for almost a week. The doctor & nurses (MD2) are incredibly warm, friendly & attentive. The experience is beyond expectation, much better than the renowned private hospital.

Overall i would say i had a great hospitalisation experience with columbia asia cheras. OPD - Both OPD A and B staffs are very friendly and always assist me while i had 2 appointments with specialists on one day. Admission and discharge/finance counter - Very fast process and well explanation by staffs incharge. Emergency department - While waiting for bed, i rest in emergency department, nurse and staffs are always there to help and fast respone to my request. Ward MD3 bed 92 - The care from the nurses and staff during my admission made me feel reassured and less anxious. F&B - Foods are delicious and staff are friendly. Housekeeping - I'm surprised that they will come to clean the room everyday and the staffs are friendly. Pharmacy - Staff explained to me regarding the medications very well and make sure i am understand when im discharge. Last but not least, i would like to thanks to Dr Man Mohan, Dr Law and Dr Tai for treating me and providing attentive care during my stays.

MD 2 Dr Raj and Dr Law are recommended for opthalmology and neurology respectively. Nurses Muthamil, Huda, Athirah, Nisa Kashinee and Anuja great taking care too. Food services are nice, can choose from their everyday different menu. Each day provide 4 meals: breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner. Receptionist also good too, warm services. It is required to pay deposit RM300 during registration. Really need take immediate action if the eye is suddenly blurred/vision dropped. Just bringing the IC and medical card to your nearest private hospital to get checking and further treatment asap.
