My mother received treatment at the Az-Zahrah Islamic Hospital. For treatment with a Bone Specialist (Dr Azaidin), a Cardiologist (Dr Dalila) and also with 2 doctors in the outpatient department..all of them are good and try to provide the best treatment for patients who come for treatment.. The staff is also very friendly and helpful to patients.. I received treatment at this hospital.

This is my first visit to Hospital Islam Az Zahrah, as recommended by a friend. I came here for a full medical check-up, including a stress test. I've visited many private hospitals, but this is one of the best in terms of customer service across all levels and departments. From general workers, phone receptionists, and counter staff to the specialist clinic, emergency department, stress test and echo staff, and lab personnel, everyone greets you with a smile, no matter where you are (inside or outside the hospital). Even though this is a small hospital, the service was top-notch. The receptionist politely assisted me over the phone with my registration, and the counter staff provided excellent assistance from my initial blood test visit until my final medical review with the doctor. A special thank you to the nurse who accompanied me throughout the process on February 26, 2025. 8 March, I met with Dr. Siti Dalila for my review. I was very happy with her explanation, she used layman's terms, making everything easy to understand. Thank you, doctor! When exiting the specialist clinic, the staff outside still smiled and thanked me. I will definitely return for my next follow-up. Thank you, Hospital Islam Az Zahrah, keep up the excellent service!
