(Revision - Please read the NOTE below) Nurse service are very poor. Wasted 1 whole day waiting for physiotherapist to come. Call nurse 2 times, never come back to update. Next shift nurse did not know anything about it. Not to mention about male nurse mistakenly inject smth to the blood vessel not knowing what substance, instead of taking out 10ml blood out. a miscommunication with vendor. Have to use strong word, then an experience nurse came together with doctor to resolve all. NOTE (REVISION) : This review was made on early days of admission for knee injury treatment. Acknowledging the issues, KPJ 2 Management & Dr. Azlan acted swiftly to correct the shortcomings. Even after office hour, the rehab center was asked to stay open to accomodate for the treatment. Dr Azlan re-visited at night to ensure everything is OK. The next day, KPJ 2 Management apologized for the incident & offered upgrading to executive suite for compensation. After that, all treatment were superb and all the communication gap were closed. WELL DONE KPJ2. Owning the shortcoming & immediate correction made u above the rest. Thanks for a pleasurable stay.

Other than the Dr, staff and nurses were extremely attentive, nice and helpful, the food here has been an absolute delight! I think I could probably gained weight if I were to stay here longer so no one should ever worried about their tastebud at all. I can attest to that 😂 been to a few private hospitals before but this one is one of my top fav so far. The rehab center and physio therapist was super supportive and friendly as well. Very attentive. Had my surgery with Dr Azlan. Everything went smoothly alhamdulillah and he actually listens to your worries and would do his best to advice and consult you very very thoroughly. I went to some other ortho refuse to listen to my issues and taking it very lightly but Dr Azlan actually cares and listen. So a huge huge huge thumbs up for that. Definitely someone I would recommend if anyone ever need an orthopedic doctor!

I would like to compliment Dr Azlan and Nabihah that did my hip replacement, I did my hip surgery on the 19/11, Dr Azlan and Nabihah was very attentive and very assuring from my first visit until my discharge, and i was walking normal for short distance by the end of second week post op, thanks to all nurses and physiotherapists as well for ensuring my quick recovery, fully recommend this hospital and Dr Azlan for those that would like to do their hip or knee replacement, it was a painless and seamless experience for me!
