I was recently admitted to Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara and my overall experience was great. I received amazing service and care from the staff, nurses and doctors throughout my hospitalization, including Dr Faisal at the emergency department, the teams at special diagnostics department and the imaging department, my attending doctor, Dr Koh, and the physiotherapists. I truly appreciate everyone’s professionalism, attentiveness and assistance throughout my treatment. My ward experience was also excellent, with very good service from the nurses, housekeeping team and food service team. The services were overall quick and efficient. The hospital also has quite a few convenient amenities within the hospital itself, including restaurants, cafe and a 24/7 CU Mart. There are also quite a few food options available nearby the hospital. Parking was also convenient at the multi-level car park. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience at THKD and would like to thank everyone involved for their care and excellent service.
