Dr. Pong Kwai Meng is a distinguished Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist at Penang Adventist Hospital, renowned for his expertise in neonatal care and medical simulation. As a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE), he has been a dedicated instructor for critical life support programs since 2010. He is also a certified ECMO specialist and played a key role in Penang Adventist Hospital achieving Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative status. His leadership extends to being the Medical Director of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program and an associate lecturer, contributing significantly to research in neonatology and medical education.
