Very Good experience at the Oncology Daycare for breast cancer treatment: From Cambodia, with my mother currently receiving treatment at the Oncology Daycare for breast cancer, I would like to express my appreciation to Dr. Winnie, oncology doctor, for her exceptional care, patience, and professionalism. She takes the time to explain every detail clearly, ensuring that we feel reassured and informed throughout the process. Also the Patient care coordinator, Ms. Elaine Low and Chemo Day Care Nurses, from the very first consultation, everyone showed deep compassion, explaining every step of the treatment clearly, quick to assist with any questions or arrangements and ensuring comfort throughout. I also want to commend the hospital team, Mr. Shah Rizal, for their assistance in arranging transportation to and from the airport every time. As foreigners, their thoughtful coordination not only made our travel smooth and worry-free but also helped us save on transportation expenses during a challenging time. Overall, the level of care, communication, and coordination exceeded all expectations. We truly felt cared for every step of the way.

Dr Winnie Ng is a great oncologist in SJMC. She is pleasant, patient, responsive and confident in her approach in treating cancer. She finds ways and clears doubt. In my father's case, she works closely with Dr Lee Boon Cheok, a very skillful urologist. He saved my father's kidney from a challenging bladder condition. The nurses at 3B (SJMC South Tower) are fabulous! Their care and attention to my father are by far better than what we have experienced from the other wards and hospitals. Their ability to react quickly and positively are commendable. Ms Elaine Low, the Cancer Care Coordinator, is approachable and responsive. She acts quite quickly and can be reached easily. I wish all of them well, happy and I hope they keep up the great effort to ease suffering.

The entire team of Oncology - Clinic team, Day care nurses, Radiation team, Cancer care coordinator (Elaine Low) and Dr Winnie Ng (cancel her schedule to accommodate to our tight timing) were all great. They are very helpful and providing us with a comfort and encouraging environment to go through the therapy smoothly. Understand patient background hence provide a good collaboration between hospital and patient. Thank you.

I am very happy with the excellent care provided by the Chemo Daycare team at SJMC. Dr. Winnie Ng is a wonderful oncologist. She explains everything clearly, patiently answers my questions, friendly and caring. She always greet with a smile which brings comfort during my treatment. The Clinic Team, Chemo Daycare nurses led by Ms. Lakshmi, along with Jenze and Elaine Low (Cancer Care Coordinator), are all very helpful, kind, and supportive especially Elaine willing to help me with various issues even though out of her job responsibilityb. She respond quickly and always make me feel cared for. I also want to thank all the nurses in the department for their great work and valuable advice throughout my treatment. We’re satistisfied with SJMC for the care given to my wife who is currently completing her 3rd cycle here. Dr Winnie gives us confidence as she has everything at her finger tips and able to give answers to our questions. On top of this, there’s an oncocare WhatsApp tended with Elaine Low, who ensures whatever queries we have, gets the attention needed. The Clinic Team and the onco Day Care Nurses are efficient as a clock and very reassuring. We do hope my wife will be cancer free after m her and for life to return as normal as possible though she’s 4th stage
