Syafiqah,Umairah,Nur Farhana,Husna and all other staff on ward doing a very good job.Special thanks to Dr.Amirozi,very friendly doctor and comfortable to communicate with.Thank you very much Dr Amirozi you are great. The only thing is,on the emergency department on the day i arrived approximately around 5am.They are super slow, even i told them that i have difficulties to breath,from the nurse who attends to check the BP, Counter staff,late doctor appreance,nurse address me with wrong name tag,this very serious issues can lead to unexpected level if patience is unaware. Basically no sense of urgency in the emergency department. This seriously unacceptable at private hospital.
