Hi my name iskandar abbas i recently admitted to BAGAN SPECIALIST CENTRE for undergoing surgery FESS on my nose cause of Severe of sinus.Every morning i having severe headache even they cant feel what i can feel in morning .But after done the surgery by Ms Ong Fei Ming, the headache gone and my head feel lighter than before .Thanks you Doctor made feel better . Also i don't forgot the hidden angel nurse who work sun and night from Surgical ward nurse and sister and Operation Theatre and Anaesthetist Dr Teoh assisted by SN Tan Careen who under me into General Anaesthesia.They taken very well of me during and post operative also the nurse scrub in my case also great nurse. The Operations Theatre nurse like silence angel who take care when your sleep during surgery. Also i didnt forgot the people who take care of me in surgical ward who many people visit me and take care of me when admitted until done surgery like Sn Nashrul and Sn Haikal ,Sn Precilia ,Sn Jannah, Sn Arieff ,Sn Hew,Sn Immelia,Sn Pavithra😊 . They are very good nurse and polite and taken well of me during hospitalization . Also Operation Theatre Nurse i can remember berfore passed out which in Sen Champha and ODP Fareez who assisted with Ms Ong during surgery . I really appreciate all the nurse and staff take care of me during hospitalisation.THANKS YOU FOR EVERYTHING 🙏

Bagan, level 6, Receice treatment under Dr. ONG FM excellent experience doctor. Nurses on duty is good and helpfull. Room is clean, neat and well maintain time to time. Food was so2 only. Discharge process is fast compare with last addmission. Please maintain and cont maintain for improvement. Overall rating is good. Thank you.

Let me start by saying WOW! Too many doubts before I arrived, but as soon as I got there, my first impression was the staff, beginning with the security, lobby/receptionist, and administration, followed by the nurses, staff, and doctor. I'm so amazed and moved by their kindness that I can only say wow. Top notch in terms of both equipment and medical services. My boy was looked after and handled with such tenderness by them. Not a single complaint i can make about this hospital or the employees. I adore them, and my child is thrilled to be in Bagan Specialist during illness.
