    I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Mohd Najeb, Raj (Customer Service Ambassador), and nurses Rita and Liza for the outstanding care and support I received during my recent admission. Before coming here, I had been unwell for over two weeks, suffering from a severe throat infection and URTI (Upper Respiratory Tract Infection). Despite visiting multiple clinics and hospitals, and taking various medications, I saw no improvement in my condition — it was truly frustrating and discouraging. However, everything changed the moment I was admitted here. Dr. Mohd Najeb’s accurate diagnosis, calm approach, and effective treatment plan made a tremendous difference. Within a short period, I saw remarkable improvements — something I had been longing for during those difficult weeks. His expertise and genuine care truly brought me back to health. I also want to thank Raj, who ensured everything ran smoothly from the moment I arrived. His professionalism, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail made me feel cared for beyond just the medical aspect. Lastly, a huge thank you to nurses Rita and Liza. Their compassion, gentleness, and attentive service made my stay incredibly comforting. They never once hesitated to go the extra mile, and for that, I’m truly grateful. Thank you for not just treating my illness, but for restoring my peace of mind. This experience reminded me that great healthcare is not just about medicine — it’s also about the people who deliver it with heart.

    Great recommendations. Good service & attitude from the bottom to the top management in various departments. Thanks you for Dr Khaw, ENT for attended my sons sugery to the fullest treatment. Great service by the nurses staff from W232/2 always been pleasant and mostly thanks toward Aizat, staff that explained and assisted us from early to the end. TQ PANTAI HOSPITAL SG PETANI👏🏼👍🏼 Keep up the great & good service

    Service mantopp.. Mas Customer Service Staff is very friendly and helps to facilitate the transaction. Today I came for a checkup with Dr Dato and Dr Najeb. The best, Dr Najeb's explanation is good. Dr Dato is soft spoken. CSA Ms Sharifah is very helpful and friendly. She assisted me from the GL counter, my friend went into Dr Najeb's room and my friend went to the Pharmacy. Tq all.keepidup…mmuahhhhhh

    An excellent private hospital with excellent, well experienced Specialist in SP. Wards are always fully occupied.. Their admin staffs are always helpful to get things done fast.. their wards are small compared to the other Pantai in SP but you will be extremely happy with the service here.THUMBS UP for dr mohd najeb (ENT) and dr aktar (Critical care) for your service and consultation..also for team at ICU i am forever grateful to you for watching over me and keeping me safe.. Good jobs guys... 😘😘😘
