From the moment we stepped in, Dr Chua and Dr Jenny were incredibly professional, patient, and reassuring. They explained everything clearly and made us feel very comfortable throughout our visits. Their dedication and calm approach gave us so much confidence, especially during my wife postnatal period. A special thank you to Ms Lim, the lactation consultant, who guided us with so much patience and encouragement. She helped us understand our baby’s feeding cues, corrected my wife latching technique, and made breastfeeding a lot more manageable. Her advice was practical, gentle, and truly made a difference. I would like to sincerely thank Gynae Dr. Chua Ai Chen, Pediatrician Dr. Jenny, nurses in the postnatal ward and nursery, and Head of Nursery Nurse Ms. Lim, for giving me and my baby an amazing pre- and postnatal experience at SJMC. Special thanks to Ms. Lim, who is also a lactation consultant. She patiently helped me with my breast engorgement, taught me the proper massage techniques to ensure a smoother milk flow, and clearly explained why the breast pain was happening. Her guidance made a huge difference in my breastfeeding journey. I’m truly grateful for the care, professionalism, and support shown by the entire team. Great service by Dr Chua and Fiza. However system was slow- good to have signages out during this time to keep patients informed of extended waiting time.
