Having been hospitalized in Columbia Asia, Prince Court and now Pantai, I can say this is the best experience I’ve had considering all aspects like doctors’ professionalism, service quality, medical staff, facilities/amenities, hygiene and food service. I was fortunate to be assigned to the newly renovated Deluxe Single room. Before admission, the staff gave a heads-up there would be drilling sounds during my stay due to renovation and asked for our understanding — that’s thoughtful of them — goes to show their priority for customers. Most of the amenities from hand sanitizer to sink are sensorized. Lighting modes are also adjustable by several buttons, depending on how bright you’d like your room to be. I went through a smooth bile stone removal surgery that took 2.5 hours, under the professional hands of Dr Lim Kin Foong and Dato' Dr Sylvian Das. Post-op care was stellar, with helpful nurses checking in from time to time. I was also assigned a physiotherapist to guide me through short walks and some light breathing exercise twice a day to prevent blood clot or complications. A cherry on top for me as I didn’t expect it. One lovely gesture that surprised me was the hospital sending a small gift pack containing Amazin’Graze nuts and fruits on the second day of my surgery. Satisfied with my stay and the care I received here. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hospital to family and friends around me. Keep up the splendid service and facilities!

I had such a pleasant experience at Pantai Hospital. I underwent surgery with Dr. Lim Kin Foong (General & Hepatobiliary Surgery), and I’m truly grateful for his calm, reassuring manner and genuine care throughout the whole process. He made something that initially felt scary so much easier to go through and my recovery has been smoother than I ever expected. A big thank you as well to the wonderful nurses from the Storma and Wound Clinic. Your kindness, patience, and gentle care made all the difference. You turned what could have been a stressful journey into one filled with comfort and support. Highly recommended for anyone looking for not just excellent medical care, but also a team that truly cares from the heart.

My friend was admitted for gallstone surgery under Dr Lim Kin Foong, surgery went well and we're very happy about the outcome. Tq to all the wonderful, friendly nurses at ward B4, including Fateen for the friendly and warm service.

My husband's gallbladder surgery went smoothly. Thank you to Dr. Lim Kin Foong and the nurses, Ms. Puca was very communicative and friendly, and Ms. Dayangku, the staff who helped remove the bandages and provided a lot of information. I have been to many hospitals in KL, and in my opinion, Pantai has the most complete facilities 👍🏻
