Best inpatient hospital experience so far in Malaysia. Highlights were lack of disturbance from night staff nurses til after 6.30am (except on last night when the nurse came in at 4.50am, I felt for his own convenience, and I had difficulty getting back to sleep 😐); and very fast discharge process - in other hospitals it takes hours when insurance involved but Letchume made it happen so fast, and the hospital is very practical about not needing to wait for insurance clearance before letting you go. Very long day (13 hours) in OT with multiple local anesthetics but could not fault the staff there - all caring, gentle and expert. And Dr Kwan Zhen Li is an amazing dermatologic surgeon (Mohs Surgery in my case) with a great patient manner. Finally, they are also very practical with parking charges. My one night turned into 3 and I was surprised and grateful for the small charge on exit. Thanks SJMC 🙏
