I’ve always had a very positive experience with Dr Shanthi — she is consistently attentive and makes sure everything is well taken care of. You can truly feel that she is always there for her patients, which is very reassuring. The service overall is excellent, from the registration process all the way to the nursing team. Everything is handled efficiently and with care. A special shoutout to the nurse who attended to me today, Syahirah (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name). She was incredibly calm, patient, and reassuring throughout my treatment. One of the main reasons my experience went so smoothly today was because of her — she made sure I was comfortable, calm, and well-rested the entire time. Even though it was a busy day, she remained attentive and present, which I truly appreciate. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience.
