This hospital truly lives up to its slogan 'A Good Hospital' 💕 I underwent medical treatment for breast cancer here. When I first got the CA news, it was a fearful, confusing and sad periode, but the hospital helped me get through it. The first contact with their customer representative via WA was easy, the response was fast and helped me to appoint the appropriate doctor based on my medical data. The nurse, Niil and Dr Murdalita comforted me as I underwent the first biopsy of my life and was the last patient of the evening. Datu Devanand (my hero!, Dato did a great lumpectomy and I hardly feels any pain post surgery), Sister Rani and the entire breast clinic team were all informative, helpful, showed empathy and passion, even though they had to deal with so many breast cancer patients every day. You can tell they work with heart 🧡 Kudos!

I came here to visit my grandmother for her breast-related treatment. Initially, in Indonesia, she was diagnosed with a benign tumor, but when I brought her here to see Dr. Lum and Dr. Daeven, it turned out there was more than just a cyst in her breast. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Mina Ripin, who has been consistently assisting us from Indonesia to Malaysia. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from the check-ups to the completion of the surgery. Additionally, free accommodation is provided. If Indonesians can contact Ms. Mina Ripin, she will be ready to assist them until their treatment is complete. I am confident that I will receive help.

if u are looking for a hospital with friendly staff and doctors, this is the place to go to. my first visit for a medical exam and never felt more relaxed! from the registration all the way to the consultation doctors were so caring,polite and the most importantly with a smile. The radiologist on duty( so sorry.. i couldn't see your name tag),really made all the xray related activities less nerve racking. her gentle disposition and care, helped me get through the sessions. just one thing that could help is if the nurses could call the patients by standing outside the room..else the patients have to keep guessing where this voice is coming from😀 Thank you so much Corine, for helping me with the appointment. Thanks to Ms Sena, a very helpful and very observant person.. ensuring everyone is well taken care off Thanks Dr Uma, for patiently explaining the test results as well as the recommendations. truly appreciated!

I highly recommend for people who has cancer to visit Beacon Hospital. All the doctors are very kind and they treat you as best friend. Also all the nurses are very friendly as well. Especially my primary Doctor Dato Ibrahim....he is very profesional. Special thanks to Dr Tengku, Dr Koon, Dr Felicia, Dr Goh, Dr Chong & Dr Naim. I would like to thank Ms Margaret, Ms Yanti, Dr Rajni, Ms Gurdip & Ms Joyce. Not forgetting the Wonderful team of Lily Ward nurses.
