I don't really do reviews for hospitals. Most of the time, it'll just be either places of interest during my travel trips but this time I think I need to share some good things about this hospital. My special mentioned and thanks to Doctor Akmal Hisham Miswan. In the past few weeks, I had some rough time with sudden growth of the mole at the right alar of my nose. Was admitted twice. 1st to clear the pus in the mole, 2nd to totally remove the mole. Doctor Akmal did a great job removing the mole. Families and friends could not believe their eyes when they saw me....almost unnoticeable....with no scars visible on my face. Thank you Doc ☺️.

Truthfully, I wanted to give an overall 2-star rating based from my recent experience with this hospital. However, I must say that the wonderful and exceptional services from Dr Akmal Hisham Miswan, his Clinic Assistant - Ms Dyla, the team members who assisted the procedure I went through and the staff/ nurses at Surgical Ward Level 7 during my stay 12-13 Sep 2024 made me feel like, ok I want to be kind and fair instead. Hence, the 5-star rating given here. The Best and The Pros: - I was assigned to meet Dr Akmal Hisham, a plastic surgeon expert, on my skin cyst condition and I thought that was an excellent recommendation indeed - Dr Akmal Hisham was very meticulous, detail-oriented and precise throughout his work and I value these very much as it means I’m well taken care of, as well as my scar management post procedure. - Everything was well-coordinated from him, his assistant Ms Dyla, his team during the procedure and the nurses at Surgical Ward Level 7. - I love the fact that they are all well-mannered, professional and prompt in attending to my needs. - I highly recommend Dr Akmal Hisham to anyone who is looking for a surgeon on skin cyst issue, aside from plastic/ beauty/ cosmetic surgery and procedure. Insya-Allah, trusted ✅ - The hospital itself carries the premium hotel vibe, which makes it even more wonderful and comfortable. - Food was good, more interesting selection than usual compared to other hospitals The Worst and The Con: - Actually, there was only one and I thought this was the killer. Everything was smooth from the beginning, except right before I was discharged. - On my final day, after all procedures done and I’ve even paid advance deposit to avoid long wait for discharge, unfortunately I still had to wait for more than 2 hours just to get some painkillers and antibiotic! - I was not happy with that because I really, really wasted my time and I was not even being informed the reason of the delay. - Hence, 0 zero and below rating for this. Otherwise, everything would have been perfect.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr Akmal Hisyam (Plastic Surgeon) for the exceptional care and expertise he provided throughout my daughter's surgery process. From the initial consultation to the post-op follow-ups, I felt completely supported and confident in your abilities. His professionalism, attention to detail, and thorough explanation of the procedure made me feel comfortable and reassured at every stage. The outcome of the surgery is exactly what I had hoped for, to minimise the distortion and now to manage the scar InsyaAllahhhhh.. I also truly appreciate the way he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions, which made me feel valued and respected. His skill as a plastic surgeon is evident, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dyla, as the Clinic Assistant, was friendly and efficient. They both make a great team, and we felt very comfortable during our visit. His professionalism and kindness make a huge difference, and I look forward to continuing my visits. Overall, the results were satisfying, and the advice regarding post-liposuction recovery was excellent. The doctor was friendly, too; if you are considering plastic surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Ikmal from DSH2. Puan Dyla was also very friendly and helpful.
