Dr. Ommen George and Prof. Dr. Shazli were extremely friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout his stay. They explained every step clearly, treated him with kindness, and ensured the procedure was completely painless. Their warm approach made him feel more like a family member than a patient. The nursing team and the intern students from KPJ College also deserve special praise. A wonderful intern from Sabah and a dedicated intern from Perak, Mohd Danial, provided excellent assistance and gentle care every day. Their commitment and attitude were truly commendable. Because of this positive experience, my husband has no hesitation at all to continue his dressing and follow-up care here.
