I had a spinal treatment involving a laser injection at Aurelius Hospital, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and the staff were professional and courteous. Dr. Hamzah, who performed the procedure, was excellent. He explained the treatment clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout the process. His professionalism and care gave me great confidence in the treatment.I truly appreciate the quality of service provided by Dr. Hamzah and his team. Thanks to doctor hamzah for giving a solution for my spinal issue. I would definitely recommend Dr Hamzah to anyone seeking spinal treatment and othopedic. At my last day here, i received a rose for Mother's Day from the ambassador team, Miss Syafawati and her team. Thanks to her and team for excellent service as well.

I stayed near ward 211 on the 2nd floor, and the room was all okay. Actually, I've experienced wards on all floors, including the ICU. So far, all the staff have been good and quick. They treated me like family, to the point of helping me dry my hair and feeding me because I was a slip disc patient who had just had surgery and couldn't get up yet. Alhamdulillah, my eating was also okay, and the ward environment was comfortable. So far, I've had 3 operations under Dr. Hamzah. Dr. Hamzah is very kind and has helped me a lot. When he heard I was in pain, he immediately canceled his Raya holiday to come see me and perform the 3rd surgery because I was at a stage where I couldn't get up. Alhamdulillah, I am getting better now, recovering slowly with the sisters and brothers at physiotherapy, learning to walk and doing exercises that I can and cannot do. For those who have slip disc problems, you can refer to Dr. Hamzah and come to Aurelius Hospital Nilai.

I received slip disc treatment from Dr. Hamzah in Ward 3A, and I can honestly say he’s one of the most dedicated doctors I’ve ever met. I travel over 50km just to see him — that’s how much I trust his care. Once you’re admitted under Dr. Hamzah, rest assured you're truly in good hands! 😇 His treatment plans and prescribed medications have been really effective. Just follow him — he knows exactly what he’s doing. And don’t hesitate to ask him anything; just asks sis and bro, he will answer youuuu!!😇 The overall hospitality at the ward is great too. I do have a couple of small suggestions: 1. It would be great if the number of beds or wards could be increased in the future. Due to limited availability, I had to come and go a few times, which made the experience a bit less smooth. But they did the best in managing this by giving phone calls and update, but i think its something to look at. 2. I’d really appreciate if the procedure gowns could be made more Muslimah-friendly — maybe by including an option with a skirt or longer coverage. It would make many of us feel more comfortable. Other than that, everything has been wonderful. Big thanks to Dr. Hamzah and the whole team for the excellent care and support! You are rock!!! I can immediately dance post procedure guyss💃🏻 All nurses/assistance in the OT were friendly & great! I’ll definitely come back despite i need long travel.❤️

My experience with Dr Hamzah - He really takes the time to explain the issues and carefully curates relevance towards his explanation. He won't let you leave without making sure you understand what's causing the pain and which anatomy is impacting you. I'm very satisfied by having him as my trusted spine doctor.

Assalamualaikum.. thank God the decision to choose Aurelius Hospital is the most correct one.. Thank God I was treated by Dr. Hamzah for a slipped disc, I listened to the pain I was experiencing and explained the status of my health condition, I am confident in the treatment given, thank God the right doc was selected, I will continue with follow-up treatment.. for the nurse, thank you, I am alert with the medicine that was given.. the help given, I am quick to act. The hospital is calm. Thank God. Hopefully the patients who come with the hope of getting better, thanks to the efforts of the doctors who work hard and His help will also get better. Amen.
