Avisena's service is the best. This time, my child inserted Play-Doh (clay) into their nose. We arrived at the hospital around 8 PM. By 10:30 PM, they were taken to the operating room under ENT specialist Dato' Dr. Abdul Razak. The Play-Doh was immediately removed from the nose. All departments provided fast service. Since 2023 with Dr. Tan Eng Kian, I have remained loyal to Avisena until now. 👍👍

Underwent sinus antrostomy & washout by Dato Dr Abdul Razak on 17/1/24. The procedure went well and Anaest team Dato Dr Jaseemuddin did a great job as well. The bad side about Avisena is that you have to wait for more than 24hours to be admitted from the clinic. and it doesnt mean that you will get the entitled room cause the room almost always unavailable. they promise to upgrade the room but failed to do so. The food was horrible but there's always room for improvement. Please do so.. However, to revisit, i would say YES!

Excellent service by doctors and nurses throughout my visits. Kind and understanding nurses, especially Ms Hafizza who has been so very patient in attending to my enquiries. Datuk Dr Abd Razak has been attentive to my worries and alleviates my concerns pertaining to the whole situation. All in all a calming experience with a wonderfully positive outcome alhamdulillah.
