On 4/11/2025, i went to the Columbia Asia ER because my daughter wasn’t feeling well and had to be admitted. i was attended by Dr. Lavinya and honestly, she was AMAZING 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My baby was taken care of really well by the paediatric nurses and Dr. Lavinya. She’s very calm, soft-spoken, and always made sure my baby was doing okay. She even whatsapp me to check on my baby after we were discharged. As a first time mom, I really appreciate how patiently she answered all my questions 🥰 Also, the staff provided great services. From the moment i enter the hospital, the finance/exec staff assisted me and never left me hanging. The nursery ward was beautiful and very comfortable. Really wish Dr. Lavinya was in KL so I could continue my baby’s treatment with her. Would definitely go back to her if im back in Penang again. My baby was admitted here under the care of Dr Lavinya. She is a very patient, friendly and skillful paediatrician. She is now our go-to doctor for my baby. The nurses at the wards were also very friendly and helpful. Wards were clean and comfortable. Waiting times are minimal during outpatient follow up appointments. Overall, great hospitality and ambience at Columbia Asia Batu Kawan. Highly recommended for everyone who is staying in this area.

My wife delivered our first born here this month. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Available all the time when we needed them. Other facilities and amenities were good... Special thanks and love goes to Dr Inba(O&G specialist), Dr Lavinya(Paeds specialist) and Dr.Prakash(Anaesthetist) for their expert management and excellent care given towards my wife and our little angel. Wife went through an uncomplicated surgery and remained painless throughout the stay. Little one was given full attention and was able to wean down oxygen requirement sooner. Doctors were not only skillful but empathetic towards patient.

The customer service was very helpful, with quick and polite responses. All my questions were answered clearly. A very satisfying experience! The service was friendly and professional. I felt valued as a customer. This hospital provides excellent services. The staff, Ms. Syafinaz and team, were friendly, the doctor (Lavinya) was professional, and the facilities were comfortable. I am satisfied with the treatment at this hospital. The nurses' service was very attentive and prompt. Best service, my problem was resolved quickly without any hassle. Thank you!
