Would definitely recommend their Peadiatrician Dr.Lavinya and team for your childcare.. she's really soft and down to earth esp handling your kid at any situation. They really took care of my son and us while we were there for a week..services are good, friendly and helpfull staff from support service to diet services, physio team, nurses, clinical assistance, and doctors.

Recently my 10month old was down with RSV.. I walked in the ED for review and Dr Lavinya was oncall. She attended him promptly and reviewed him gently.. being an overly anxious parent, her kind, patient, and warm nature and her willingness to take the time to listen to concerns and explain everything clearly, made us feel comfortable and reassured. Today, I had walked in for a follow up appointment, the staff are friendly, appointments are well-organized, and we never feel rushed. I truly appreciate the compassionate care and highly recommend Dr. Lavinya to any parent looking for a trustworthy paediatrician. God bless ❤️

My daughter actually looks forward to her visits when we were under the Influenza treatment by Dr. Lavinya, because the environment is so welcoming and stress-free. Dr Lavinya is very friendly, doesn’t rush and takes time to review my baby. She gives well detailed explanations and answers questions patiently especially to first time mothers like me. Having visited her clinic many times for consultations and monthly vaccinations, i highly recommended this paediatrician!

If we are near Seberang Perai, I would recommend Dr. Leong JJ (Neonatologist/Paediatrician) in Sunway Medical. Now that we are down south in Batu Kawan, I would definitely recommend Dr. Lavinya Gogulanathan, the paediatrician with high level of patience and calmness in handling my shouting boy whenever doctors or nurses tried to get near to him. Her office in Columbia Asia Medical Centre Batu Kawan is clean, bright, and child friendly (with toys). Dr. Lavinya listens carefully to my description of issues faced by my 1.8yo boy and the chronology of events. She explained the possible diagnoses and treatments management clearly, never made us feel rushed. Best part of all for office hour workers like us is that you can try to check with her clinic to see whether she is available for after-office-hour consultation (eg up to 8pm). *May the force be with you, Dr. Lavinya ^_< * (from Star Wars) The reason I recommended the experts Dr. Leong JJ (Sunway) and Dr. Lavinya (Columbia Asia) is because I have seen them before when they were with KKM government hospitals.
