Good experience meeting Dr. Lavinha. The environment was all friendly and welcoming. Registration was also fast. For customer care, Syafinaz, Alyani, and Nana were easy to deal with and friendly. Insurance claims were handled smoothly. Columbia Hospital Batu Kawan is the best.
