I was attended by Dr Yew, overall experience was ok. Stayed in level 5 for two days. Nurses were all very nice and attend to my needs as fast as they can. 5 stars for all the nurses at level 5. Food wise, many choices (although not the best taste). Kept changing my mind and the team could accommodate to my needs as well 😂 Ohhh! And my sonographer! I didn’t get her name. Indian race, with three kids (2 boys and a girl). She was so gentle to me and very understanding during my echocardiogram. I hope BTMC could recognise her please! 5 stars for her!!! (And I’m so sorry for not getting the name)

My mum go to physiotherapy treatment and the physiotherapist Nicole Tan very helpful, friendly and good service, have a great attitude 👍👍 For emergency x-ray: Hafizi and all to the emergency staffs include Sister Khor, you guys are helpful and amazing. Also not forget outpatient sister Choi, Doctor Amba, Dr. Amba staff nurse, Dr. Yew for the help, sister Lydia at emergency department, very helpful and have very good attitude, and all the emergency dr~
