Thank you very much to the Alpha IVF team, especially my doctor, Dr. Tan Chong Seong. During our first fertility assessment, he identified the cause of our infertility. Every time I met with Dr. Tan, he was very patient in answering and explaining all my questions. Thank you, Dr. Tan, for helping us successfully conceive twins on our first IVF attempt.

Looking back at my TTC journey of 10 years and 9 IVF attempts, my husband and I will be forever grateful to Dr Tan Chong Seong and his team from Alpha IVF Fertility (Malaysia). Without Dr Tan, We wouldn’t be able to carry our baby girl in our arms who was born on Nov 2023. As I was diagnosed with Low Amh (Low Egg Count) when I was age 28, Dr in Singapore advise us not to delay our planning and started us on our first IVF attempt back in 2017. Filling with so much hope during our first cycle, I ended up with only one Day 3 embryo and they did a fresh transfer which it didn’t lead to any pregnancy. Subsequently, I went around the whole of Singapore looking for the best fertility doctors and attempted 6 more cycles over the years with 3 other doctors but no one is able to achieve any successful pregnancy on me even with multiple transfers done over the years. Literally on my 7th Attempt in Singapore, with one doctor even quoted me I have less than 3% of chances in conceiving my own child and if I were to attempt another round of IVF, the result will still be the same after having zero eggs retrieved on my 7th attempt. Basically all the “Best” Fertility doctors in Singapore have given up on me and ask me to consider donor route. Feeling so depressed and rejected, I found myself contacting Alpha KL - Dr Tan for consultation with regards to my multiple IVF failures. It was Dr Tan who picked me up and gives me the hope and faith. I still remember very vividly every word he had said to encourage me to try 3 rounds with him (Dr Tan success on his first round). Fast forward to 2022, we had our first cycle (8th attempt) in Alpha KL, 8 eggs were retrieved, 5 matured, 3 went on to become blastocysts and 2 were frozen after PGT-A tested. In early 2023, we transfer our first blastocyst and stayed in KL for the next 2 weeks so we can be taken care by the medical team over at Alpha. We were beyond blessed and grateful to Dr Tan and his team as it was my first time receiving a positive beta results and everything just feels like a dream. Dr Tan did the impossible and our little princess is born healthy and safe. Thousand words can’t describe how grateful we are to Dr Tan. He is such a knowledgeable, sincere and experienced doctor. We are truly blessed to have found him as he has gifted us the most precious gem to complete my family. Our dream has finally come true. Everything is just so amazing over at Alpha KL. We will highly recommend Alpha KL to anyone who is trying IVF. Thank you Alpha IVF Fertility Center Malaysia and Dr Tan for not giving up on me. #Forevergrateful
