First time at Timberland Medical Center. Brought my elderly parents for treatment: Dr. Voon Chi Yen for cardiology, Dr. Lee Tze Gin for knee joints, and Dr. Lai Kee Hoe for diabetes. All doctor services were excellent and provided information very clearly. The medical equipment used is good. The prices are still more affordable compared to neighboring countries. Highly recommended.

I came here from Jakarta to check my mother's heart condition with Dr. Voon Chi Yen, the treatment from the doctor and nurse was very fast and friendly.

My mother was recently admitted to Timberland hospital, and we were quite satisfied with everything except for the billing process, which I believe needs significant improvement. The bill was very brief and lacked detailed information about the charges. As a regular customer of this hospital, I find it difficult to understand what we are being billed for. For example, a charge is listed simply as 'Procedure = RM1000.' It would be much more helpful if the bill specified exactly what the procedure was, such as 'ECG' or 'Ultrasound.' Similarly, for medical supplies, I would appreciate a more precise breakdown. It would be very useful to know exactly what items were used and their individual costs. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
