Good and helpful from front Desk and all the Staff ,Nurses also Doctor Bernard and Pyhsio Department Doctor all are very Patient friendly and Professional .My Mom do a Pyhsio here and in a shot period she got back her confident by courage from the Doctor .Now can walk by herself using Walker

01.26.31 It happened to be a Saturday, my mother fell in the restroom. Without a second thought, we immediately took her to Sungai Long Hospital Emergency. Dr. Bernard already had patients waiting at the time, and we waited for about an hour before he came to see my mother. After the X-rays were out, it was discovered that her wrist was dislocated and had a slight fracture. Considering my mother's health condition and the lack of insurance, he ultimately chose the most conservative treatment plan, without surgery or casting. We are very fortunate that he chose this treatment approach, as it alleviated financial concerns and did not affect my mother's health. In addition to thanking Dr. Bernard, I also want to thank all the doctors and nurses in the emergency department that day. Thank you for your consideration and care for the patients.

I visited Sungai Long Hospital and had a very good experience. The staff were polite, professional and helpful throughout my visit. The service was efficient and i did not hv to wait long. Dr Bernard (Ortho) was very good and explained my condition well and went for physio and Ms Chua at physio department was very excellent and finally Ms Soon, Cashier as usual very efficient too. Overall, i am satisfied with the care and service provided.
