26/5/2025 - MD3 and Dr. Azlina Saaban (ENT)/Dr. Collin (Anesthetic) - Tonsil operation went well. The doctors provided accurate explanations regarding the operation procedure and post-surgery condition. The nurses on MD3 ward took good care of me before and after the surgery. 2/5/2025 - MD3 and Dr. Amir (Physician)/Dr. Azlina (ENT) - Warded due to tonsillitis and bronchitis, with intermittent fever. The doctors provided excellent and very detailed explanations about my illness, and conducted highly relevant tests/diagnoses for my condition. The doctors were very attentive to my health progress after being given medication and antibiotics. Throughout the 4 days and 3 nights in the hospital, I was very satisfied with the services provided. 26/2/2025 - MD2 and Dr. Manmohan/Dr. Law Zhe Kang - Physiotherapy was scheduled in the ward, and all the pain I was experiencing was taken seriously. Very satisfied with the hospital's service. 5/1/2025 - MD2 and Dr. Razale - Treated well by the doctor and given a clear explanation about GERD. F&B - Food was delicious, suitable for people with GERD/gastric issues. Service was satisfactory and the overall service was very good.

Big Thank u to Dr Razale for your care, professionalism in helping me while I suffered gallstones pain n inflammation . He handled my case carefully n done my surgery successfully. Dr Ng ( cardiologist) was really patient n caring too . Lastly stuff in CA Cheras were amazing, I felt like stay at home while hospitalized. They handled me softly n helped me whenever I needed. I was a patient in Ward 77A. From the emergency department to my operation, everything was handled very well. All the nurses, cleaners, and doctors took great care of me. Special thanks to Dr. Lisa, my gynecologist, for doing an excellent job during my surgery, and to Dr. Razale for the clear and caring consultation on my CT scan. All the doctors and nurses here are not only professional but also genuinely kind and pleasant — even in my moments of pain, I noticed how beautiful their spirit and service were. The care and attention I received were truly top-notch. This is exactly why I chose this hospital and will continue to recommend it to others.

Been admitted today in daycare unit for scope under Mr. Razale, very happy and satisfied with his treatment. Not forgetting Sn. Shaera ER who took care of me when i was in ER department. In scope room Ervina, Lim and Yanti who assisted doctor for scope and was taking care of me well with giving emotional support. In daycare unit after scope the nurses anis, mano, aisha and suga manage me well with post scope care. Overall very happy, satisfied with this admissions.
