I received treatment from the outpatient department at DR Razale's clinic, assisted by Nurse Pn Hasbi. The service and explanations from the doctor and the nurse on duty were very pleasant and comfortable.

I was a patient in Ward 77A. From the emergency department to my operation, everything was handled very well. All the nurses, cleaners, and doctors took great care of me. Special thanks to Dr. Lisa, my gynecologist, for doing an excellent job during my surgery, and to Dr. Razale for the clear and caring consultation on my CT scan. All the doctors and nurses here are not only professional but also genuinely kind and pleasant — even in my moments of pain, I noticed how beautiful their spirit and service were.
