She performed my ectopic pregnancy surgery, and throughout the entire process, she was extremely responsible, calm, and reassuring. Her medical skills are truly outstanding, and I felt very safe and well cared for under her treatment. What touched me even more was that during the surgery, Dr. Gayathri also kindly helped to remove the keloid scar from my previous C-section, which I had been concerned about for a long time. This showed not only her technical expertise, but also her genuine care for her patients’ well-being and comfort. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. I would also like to sincerely thank Nurse Nirmala, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and supportive. Dr. Gayathri and Nirmala are very responsive and fast in providing care after knowing that I need an urgent treatment (although I am a new patient). Dr. Gayathri is also very thorough with her treatment/ consultation, she will explain things in a very detailed manner and make sure everything is explained well and checked before letting patients go.
