Dear Aurelius Hospital Team,
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent care and hospitality shown to my mother during her recent admission.
My mother was admitted on New Year’s Day, 1st January 2026, due to vomiting. Given her medical history of aneurysm clipping and a VP shunt, I was naturally very concerned. I truly appreciate how understanding and reassuring the nurses and doctor on duty were, and how attentively they listened to and addressed my concerns.
Her medical check-up went smoothly, and she was admitted to the ward during the day. I was especially impressed by how efficiently and promptly the nurses worked. Their professionalism and quick response provided great comfort to both my mother and our family during a stressful time.
During her stay, the nurses and doctors also showed genuine concern regarding our financial situation. I was touched by how considerate and supportive they were, remaining mindful of my circumstances. I sincerely appreciate this level of understanding, as it is an important matter that I also need to manage.
Most importantly, the entire team went beyond my expectations in supporting our family during a time of need—especially me as her daughter. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond provided great reassurance and meant more to us than words can express.
As I was not able to be with my mother at all times and had to travel back and forth, communication was sometimes challenging. There were moments of misunderstanding, as my mother would occasionally forget what the doctors had explained or the treatment plans for her recovery. I was deeply touched by the way Nurse Priya understood my concerns. She took the time to calmly reassure me, clearly explain my mother’s treatment plan, and ease my worries. This support meant a great deal to me during an emotional time.
Throughout this experience, I was deeply impressed by the compassion, dedication, and attentiveness of the nursing team. What stood out most was that the nurses were not only welcoming with their beautiful smiles, but truly beautiful at heart. No matter the time of day or night—even at 3 a.m.—their smiles never left their faces, and they always greeted us warmly, creating a comforting and positive environment.
Because of this, my mother felt safe and comfortable throughout her stay. She had no worries even when I was unable to accompany her, knowing she was in caring and capable hands. This peace of mind meant everything to our family.
The doctors also deserve special recognition for their outstanding care. Their knowledge, clear communication, and commitment to patient well-being inspired great confidence. I truly felt listened to and respected, and I am grateful for the high standard of medical excellence provided.
I would like to express my greatest gratitude to Nurse Priya, Nurse Viemala, Nurse Aqilah, Nurse Aesther, Nurse Kelly, CA Wani, CA Balkis, CA Diana, CA Intan, and CA Danu for their exceptional care and dedication. I would also appreciate it if you could kindly extend my thanks to all the nurses who were on duty while my mother was warded in rooms 316A and 313, in case I have missed anyone. They all truly deserve so much more.
Not forgetting my mother’s doctor in charge, Dr. Raj, I would like to convey my sincere appreciation for his care and professionalism. I am especially grateful for the way he explained my mother’s condition and treatment plan in a clear and understandable manner, as I do not have a medical background. His patience and clarity gave me great confidence and reassurance.
Please extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved. Your nurses and doctors are a credit to Aurelius Hospital, and their dedication reflects the values of excellence, compassion, and integrity that truly set your institution apart. I truly hope this compassionate attitude continues, as it brings great comfort and reassurance to patients and families alike.
