I’m writing to express my deepest gratitude to Dr Cheah Pooi Pooi, her team and all the nurses and physiotherapists of ward 7B of ParkCity Medical Centre. Dr Cheah Pooi Pooi was such an excellent surgeon who had successfully and precisely performed surgery on my C3-C4 on the 21st April 2026. My spinal cord was compressed from 10mm to around 4.5mm where a minor fall/collision could paralyse me and she just did a wonderful job by removing these dangers without any side effect and I am recovering so well where I can finished every meal immediately after the surgery. She also did an excellent surgery on my C5-C6 when I suffered a fatal 3m fall 3.5 years ago where my forehead hit the ground and broken my C5-C6. Besides her outstanding skills, what touches me most is she is so caring and compassionate towards the long term wellbeing of the patient by telling me there’s different approaches to do the surgery but she advised to do a more difficult approach but better for the long term well being for a 59.5 years old man where she thinks I am still young which is so encouraging to me. Words can’t fully express how grateful I am. She is an angel from god to me who has save my life twice. I wish her and her family happy and healthy forever and thank you Parkcity Medical Centre for all the wonderful job.

I really appreciate all doctors and nurses that save my husband life. Two weeks ago my husband admitted emergency with unconscious moment. The doc have trying the very best to save my husband life. On the same night Dr Cheah Pooi Pooi informed that my husband brain is bleeding need to do operation immediately. At the same time Dr Chong was there. My husband is admitted in CCU for nearly two weeks and now he is recovering. . I would sincerely appreciate and say a big thank you to Dr Cheah, Dr Chong and Dr Kim for saving my husband life. Life do not have take 2. Really appreciate all the doctors and nurses to take care of him for 2 and half weeks.. hugs 💖💖💖

My name is Ms. Heng Kar Ngo, 48 years old. 11/3/2022 is not an easy day for me, early morning I had a bad headache and pain until keep vomiting. I went to clinic doctor and he advised me to make a details CT scan at Park City Medical Centre. After the scan, the nurse told my husband that I had a 6cm tumor in my head and this cause me a shocked. I was admitted to the hospital immediately. While doctor came to me, I was shocked and had doubts on her experience when I saw she is so young! After we went thru some discussion and experience sharing, I'm very surprise with her professionalism - I'm convinced and trust she can help me!! After 8 hours of tough surgery, it's was succussed and next day i can start with basic communication with my family. Now I'm slowly recovering from the surgery and I’m grateful for having her as my surgeon. Thanks Dr. Cheah Pooi Pooi for saving my life & also the nurse who taking care of me during said period of time. Appreciated granted me a new life Dr. Cheah!!

I had spine surgery at ParkCity Medical Centre on 7/5 under Dr Cheah Pooi Pooi and I can honestly say I have never been treated so well. I have visited other medical centres/doctors for over 4 weeks prior to the surgery and nobody had managed to diagnose the issues I had. Dr Cheah was very detailed and took the time to look at all options, before deciding surgery was really the only option. The nurses were so caring and helpful on the ward post surgery, even with maintenance works which were ongoing on Level 5. I just feel that when you go through any type of surgery, to have a GREAT surgeon and outstanding nurses to support after care, this helps you feel so much more comfortable in difficult moments. Thank you so much Dr Cheah and your team for being simply amazing.

I am so grateful to my neurosurgeon Dr Cheah Pooi Pooi who has been so caring, professional, and gentle to carry out my foreheads & neck operations within 24hours after admission to salvage my injured head and hand nerve. At the age of 56 with diabetes, the rate of my recovery was far exceeded my expectation. Her co-treating doctor Raymond Chua also extremely friendly and professional to reformulate my medication to achieve a very satisfactory glucose level. All the physiotherapists and suppting staffs were also extremely friendly and professional.
